Delivery and Processing
Vivid designs are handcrafted to order. Please allow 2-4 days of processing for container candles and wax melts and 3-5 days of processing for concrete container candles. Concrete and crystal base pillar/block candles, 'The Inmost Light', are already created and are unique pieces. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a delivery confirmation with a tracking number. Delivery times may vary.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and can be affected by postal services, public holidays, or busy holiday periods. We cannot take responsibility for any postal or delivery delays.
International Delivery
For international orders, you are responsible for any local customs and duties. By law, we must disclose the full value of the package contents and cannot alter this value. If your order is refused by your country for reasons beyond our control, you will be responsible for all shipping expenses and any additional costs incurred.
You are also responsible for tracking your parcel. Failure to collect your parcel from the designated outlet may result in it being returned to us, and you will need to cover the costs of re-postage.
Notification of Damages
If your order is damaged in transit, please notify us within 24 hours of receiving the package.
By purchasing these handcrafted pieces, you acknowledge that there may be imperfections. Each candle is unique, and variations in appearance are normal due to the hand-pouring process and raw materials like soy and concrete. These natural flaws, such as cracking in the concrete or wax, or fading, do not affect the functionality of the candle and indicate that you have a one-of-a-kind, handcrafted product.
